How long does shipping take?
We lovingly prepare each order within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, it typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in the U.S.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.—but international shipping is part of our future vision 🌍
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer this service in DSM, West Des Moines, Altoona, Clive, Ankeny, and Urbandale area. If you are in those areas use code NOSHIP at check out and we will deliver it to you. We are willing to go outside those areas for a fee.

Are your products safe for kids or during pregnancy?
Our blends are made with gentle, intentional herbs. But every body is unique—please consult with your healthcare provider before use, especially when pregnant, nursing, or using products with children.

Nope! Our blends are 100% naturally caffeine-free—pure plant-powered support.
How long do your teas and body products last?
Teas are best enjoyed within 6–12 months. Body care products are best used within 12 months. Store everything in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness and potency.
