At Soul Tribe Search Party, we believe in fair, transparent shipping. That’s why we don’t hide shipping fees inside product prices—we offer flat-rate shipping based on the weight of your order, and we’re always working to keep those rates as low as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your package

We pack and ship orders by hand in small batches to maintain product quality, freshness, and intention.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.

  • We currently ship within the U.S.
  • We use USPS and other trusted carriers
  • Shipping timeframes vary by method and destination
  • Estimated delivery dates (if available) will be shown at checkout

⚠️ Please note: We cannot display estimated fulfillment times for USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Local Pickup or Delivery

If you would like to pick your order up locally, please select local pick up at checkout and you will be notified when your product will be available for pick up. Some ideas are not available to local pick up. 

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal carrier. While we cannot control shipping delays, we will support you as best as we can.

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with your local post office and neighbors
  • Then contact us at soiltosoulxo@gmail.com with your order number

 Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.Soul Tribe Search Party is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
