The Home Apothecary: The Natural Home

THE HOME APOTHECARY: THE NATURAL HOME

Learn to make the things you usually buy.

The Home Apothecary is moving beyond the medicine cabinet and into the rest of the house.

In this hands-on workshop, we'll explore how a few simple household ingredients can be transformed into practical cleaning products you can make again and again at home.

Together, we'll create an all-purpose cleaning spray, a simple cleaning scrub, and an herbal cleaning vinegar infusion to take home and finish steeping.

Along the way, you'll learn what each ingredient actually does, how to customize your products with herbs and scent, which cleaners work best for different surfaces, proper storage, and—just as importantly—which household ingredients should never be mixed together.

The goal isn't simply to leave with a few bottles. You'll leave understanding the basic formulas so you can confidently recreate and customize your own household products at home.

Your workshop includes:

• Three take-home cleaning preparations
• All ingredients, containers and supplies
• Step-by-step recipes to recreate them at home
• Ingredient and household safety education
• Guidance for customizing your own herbal and aromatic blends

General Admission:
Limited to 10–15 participants.

Community Exchange Tickets: Two spots are available for participants who would like to exchange assistance with workshop preparation, setup, or cleanup for admission.

No previous experience is needed. Each Home Apothecary workshop stands on its own, so you're welcome to attend one or continue through the series as we explore practical ways to make more of what we use in our everyday lives.

This workshop focuses on household cleaning and educational DIY practices. Always follow product and ingredient safety guidance, and never mix household chemicals unless you know they are compatible.
