Harboring emotions all day can be extremely draining. Then you realize that if we let it, one negative encounter can create a domino effect and attract even more negative encounters.

So what do we do? Well, we take our journals out and talk about that sh*t, because we are no longer holding onto negative energy. We are learning to let that sh*t go.
